By accessing or using Bleu Jobs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Bleu Jobs is a job listing platform connecting employers with job seekers in blue-collar industries including construction, trades, skilled labor, and related fields. The platform is completely free for job seekers to browse, search, and apply to job listings. Employers can post jobs for free.

3. User Responsibilities

For Employers:

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in job postings
  • Job postings must be for legitimate employment opportunities
  • You must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • You are responsible for all communication with applicants
  • You must comply with all applicable employment laws

For Job Seekers:

  • You must provide accurate information when applying for jobs
  • You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job postings
  • You must respect employer contact preferences

4. Prohibited Content

The following types of job postings are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal activities or services
  • Scams, fraudulent offers, or pyramid schemes
  • Adult or explicit content
  • Discriminatory job postings
  • Jobs requiring illegal payments or fees from applicants
  • Misleading or false information

5. Pricing and Plans

For Job Seekers:

  • All features are completely free - no charges, no subscriptions, no hidden fees
  • Browse, search, and apply to all job listings at no cost
  • No account creation required

For Employers:

  • Free Plan: Free job posting with 30-day listing duration
  • Job postings are completely free for employers
  • Job seekers can browse and apply for free

6. Job Posting Management

  • Job postings expire after 30 days but can be extended or renewed
  • Employers can edit or delete their postings at any time
  • We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates these terms
  • Employers should mark positions as filled when appropriate

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, except user-generated job postings, is owned by Bleu Jobs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their job postings but grant us a license to display them on the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job postings
  • The legitimacy of employers or job opportunities
  • That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That any particular job posting will remain available

9. Limitation of Liability

Bleu Jobs is not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Interactions between employers and job seekers
  • Employment decisions or outcomes
  • Fraudulent or misleading job postings
  • Loss of data or access to the Platform
  • Any other use of the Platform

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bleu Jobs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
